Yoga with Core Connection

Core Connection

Join Core Connection on Zoom from the comfort of your home. All Levels Slow Flow Vinyasa class is geared towards yoga practitioners who want to mindfully move from one pose to the next with a focus on alignment, core and breath to gain strength and flexibility in the body, mind and soul. You will be warmly encouraged to practice at your pace, have fun, and challenge yourself while honoring your body, clearing your mind and fueling your spirit!


Boot Camp with Peak Fitness

Peak Fitness will proudly offer a Zoom Boot Camp class for Let’s Move! This 45 minute workout will be sure to get your heart pumping and challenge your muscles. The format includes 4 timed blocks that will focus on cardio intervals, body weight core, strength and weighted core. Everyone can participate and modifications will be available.


Barre Class with LIFT Fitness

LIFT

Try Barre Class, a workout technique inspired by elements of ballet, yoga, and Pilates, with LIFT Fitness! Barre focuses on low-impact, high-intensity movements, helps strengthen and tone your muscles without increasing bulk, and improves your posture. It also increases cardiovascular endurance and metabolism, which helps to quickly burn calories.


Ride Together with Peloton

Let’s Move! participants who have a Peloton bike can join us at noon. As we get closer to January 30, we’ll choose a ride, a leaderboard tag (with our new name!) and will ride together!
